Community Annotation:Feature Controlled Vocabulary Term Submission Guide
From VectorBase Help System
If you have specialized knowledge of a gene, transcript, or protein's functional role, you can submit Gene Ontology (or other controlled vocabulary) terms that describe that functionality to VectorBase. After submission, your term will be reviewed by a VectorBase curator and once approved, will be displayed in the VectorBase GeneView Gene DAS Report.
This guide describes how to submit a controlled vocabulary term to VectorBase.
