The AaegL1.1 gene set was released in July 2006. It is derived from the Aedes aegypti AaegL1 assembly. The gene set corresponds to the final release of the Aedes annotation prior to paper writing. This is the set which will be submitted to GenBank and hosted at VectorBase and Ensembl.
